About the programme

The “Enhancing Research Paper Writing and Publication Skills” Faculty Development Program (FDP) is a collaborative initiative that brings together esteemed institutions and organizations such as Poornima College of Engineering, Jaipur, INDIA; Poornima Innovation & Incubation Cell, Jaipur, India; and MathTech Thinking Foundation, Fazilka, INDIA. This collective effort leverages expertise from academia, industry, and research domains to deliver a comprehensive learning experience to participants. Interactive sessions, hands-on workshops, and insights from distinguished speakers and facilitators are key components of this program. Engaging in this FDP not only improves the research capabilities of faculty members and researchers individually but also contributes significantly to enhancing research standards and scholarly output within their respective institutions.

Objective

The “Enhancing Research Paper Writing and Publication Skills” FDP aims to equip faculty and researchers with vital skills for writing quality papers and navigating publication processes effectively. Participants will gain insights into writing techniques, research methodologies, literature reviews, data analysis, publication ethics, and peer review. By improving research abilities, participants bolster their academic profiles and enhance institutional research standards and scholarly contributions.
